Do I need to return my purchase?

No! When you order a Monophone it is yours to keep! The Greeting message can be changed endlessly making Monophones perfect for multiple events.

Is there a warranty?

Yes! All Monophones come with a one year warranty, if something goes wrong I will personally make sure you get your unit up and running ASAP.

How does a Monphone receive power?

Monophones have a 10ft power cable (USB) that can be plugged into any wall adapter (included if ordered in North America). Although Monophone does not sell power banks, they are completely fine to be used as the power source. 5000mAh power banks are recommended and should be able to power a Monophone for about 125 hours. Power banks with an auto-shutoff may not work with Monophone and it is therefore recommended to purchase a power bank without this feature.

How much storage does a Monophone have?

Each MU Monophone is equipped with an internal A1 32GB SD card. This is enough to store about 2 days of nonstop recording. Each SU Monophone is equipped with an internal A1 8GB SD card. This is enough to store about a 1/2 day of nonstop recording.

How does the guestbook work?

It's quite simple! Just make sure the handset is properly positioned and plug it into a power source.

When your visitors pick up the phone, they are greeted briefly and asked to leave a message. Their recording is saved after they end the call.

How do I access my messages?

Connect the phone to your computer using the USB A power cable and access the drive that appears. Every message is kept as a separate audio file.

What is included?

You will receive an audio guest book that is completely prepared, along with an SD card and greeting. An instruction leaflet, an attached USB cable, and a wall outlet adapter are all included in the package.
